Probuild360, Awarded Excellence in Real Estate at 2019 Signature Award
We are delighted to announce that we have won “Excellence in Real Estate”, at the annual Signature Awards that celebrates the best in business and wealth creators, held at the ICC Birmingham. The awards shine a spotlight on the work of those business professionals who have provided cutting-edge thinking and have driven their organisations forward.
Host for the evening Tommy Sandhu, announced Probuild360 as the winner of ‘Excellence in Real Estate’ in front of the 550 strong audience, and invited Bahram Parinchy, owner of Probuild360 to the stage to accept his award.
Bahram Parinchy pictured here with former Dragon’s Den star, Piers Linney at the event said: “The Signature Awards recognise excellence in business, it’s therefore a huge honour to win ‘Excellence in Real Estate’ which acknowledges our work within the build and property management sectors across the West Midlands area.”
Probuild360 impressed judges with their strong submission which highlighted how the company has built an industry-leading showroom to support their pioneering 360-degree build service for both private and commercial clients. From home extensions and renovations to complete new builds for third parties, the company has also diversified their offering to include their own new build homes division which featured on the BBC Inside Out show whilst also securing exclusivity deals for the West Midlands region on a variety of products, such as Parkside Tiles.
This award is the third that the company has won in the last seven days having received their fourth consecutive ‘Best in Service’ award from Houzz UK as well as a ‘Best in Design’ award.
