Based in the Probuild360 heartland, this Georgian home is the stuff of dreams. All kinds of original features awaited us, and the fingerprints of a rich and fascinating history were present everywhere. The design team would be put on task to bring out the charm and elegance of this wonderful property, whilst the construction team would give a modern, highly functional, and fresh feel in line with the brief of the new owners.

Some special features included in this project were a fully opening corner to the extension using a cantilevered structure and bifold doors, profile matched coving and skirting from the original decorative joinery, and a secret grotto ensuite bathroom, hidden in the eaves space behind a door through the bedroom wardrobe.
