To prove that MMCs are not the exclusive realm of blue-chips and plc’s, we opted for an off-site, prefab, timber-frame build method. This was by no means the easy route. But the development was an opportunity to prove our credentials on environmental performance and waste management, social utility, project management and lifting operations, and commercial success.
