We’re proud to say that Probuild360 has won ‘New Build Project of the Year’(up to £5.5m turnover) at the prestigious National Federation of Builders Awards held at The Belfry Hotel and Resort on Thursday.
Construction companies and industry figures from across England and Wales gathered together to celebrate outstanding contributions made to the built environment, and the high-quality work and commitment delivered by both NFB members and non-members across the regions.
This prestigious award was given to us for a private residence we built which incorporated many features to include; swimming pool, lift, therapy room, sensory room, disabled mobility throughout and a large luxury kitchen lifestyle area.
The feedback from the judges was superb, it highlights what sets us apart from other entries, here’s snippets of the judges comments; “The delivery of a complete turn-key solution to a complex design brief is impressive in a market where customers are looking for added value”… “A great example of how a builder can add value”…”The brilliant sensory room is a great example of why it’s so important to find a collaborative contractor and not one who comes to just ‘do a job’” and “ProBuild360 delivered a project which could have been their own labour of love. They showed exactly why local contractors are often the best choice for projects and they should be extremely proud of this project and the process they went through to achieve it.”
Commenting on the award our Chairman, Lord Digby Jones, said; “I’m so very proud of the entire team who are driven by quality and creativity. Yes, this project was most deserving of the award as the team incorporated very specialist requirements throughout without compromising on design, but I believe that this award recognises the service they deliver to every client. The attention to detail and thought process that goes into each project has been recognised by the industry. The team take ownership of every build and are constantly thinking of how they can add to the design to make the home, building or commercial space more pleasurable and more rewarding for the owner. It’s that level of detail that sets Probuild360 apart – as one judge commented – ‘a labour of love’.”
Our owners Bahram and Tehmi Parinchy alongside their son Max, accepted the prize from the category sponsor Gallagher before posing for photos with hosts for the evening, ITN’s broadcaster, Nina Hossain and actor and comedian, Robert Llewellyn.
Richard Beresford, Chief Executive of the NFB also commented on Probuild360’s win; “The NFB Awards showcase all that is special about our industry. Each project has a real story and vision behind it.
