Innovation is often defined as the introduction of new things, ideas or ways of doing something. To us, however, innovation moves beyond the notion of ‘newness’ to question why the old stuck around for so long. To us, innovation means disrupting the thought process behind stagnation to change the apparently unchangeable. This is our goal; it was when we started and remains that way today.
With innovation so integral to the ProBuild360 operation, we are honoured to have won our 6thSignature Award, this year as ‘Innovative Business of the Year’!
This recognition is close to our hearts because it is testament to our philosophy and structure. 12 years ago, we approached the market with an alternative solution to the construction industry’s fragmented approach to design and build: a fully vertically integrated structure that consolidates industry expertise and experience in the form of end-to-end service.
Today, we recognise the lack of transparency in our industry and are actively working to combat it through a collaborative Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Birmingham City University specifically designed to open the doors to the domestic construction industry through free-information and education.
Having defined our vision for improving transparency within the industry, our work with BCU to launch our objectives will continue our legacy of pioneering thought and practice by enabling the home-design-and-build sector to take its place in the “free-information” digital space. Aiming to build a genuinely universal platform that offers insight into the world of domestic construction, our project’s desired outcomes – to empower construction clients through education and transform ProBuild360 into a household name for those seeking services and/or information relating to domestic construction – will not only transform the way in which our industry is perceived, but also the way in which it operates.
Our journey with the Signature Awards has followed our evolution. From winning Excellence in Real Estate 4 times between 2019 and 2022 to our Director, Tehmi, deservedly winning Businesswoman of the Year in 2020, the Signature Awards’ recognition of our innovation and leadership in 2023 truly is testament to our growth. When the future looks this bright, we can’t help but look forward to it!
