We wanted to first of all thank you both so much for undertaking the work on our tiny little house..!! Now that it is pretty much done (just the flooring to be patched up) – it has absolutely transformed the look and feel of the whole downstairs like we thought it would and we are over the moon with it!
Now it may have been a tiny job, but it involved a lot of coordination and detail (even more than I anticipated!) and I knew, that had this fallen to a “builder”, we would be still waiting for the plumber to move the pipes today and be tearing our hair out that we were in such a mess!
Right from the get go, your guys were so so good! Now obviously in the past and present, I deal with many builders or “contractors”… But I have to say I was so impressed with how they landed that first morning – right on time and exactly when they said they would!
Although Wes only had a brief part to do with the job, he was brilliant. The way he had them briefed, organised and underway – felt straight away that I wouldn’t have to worry which is such an assurance when you are busy dealing with day-to-day working life.
Then we come on to the amazing Matt. Both of us are in awe of his organisation and attention to detail! You may or may not have heard but coordinating some of the internals, particularly some of the joinery (poor Gavin – what a guy he is as well!!!) were a bit of a nightmare, but Matt made sure that we would get the right finish and offered many solutions to how we could achieve the right end result.
I could go on and on and I am sure the above is nothing that you were not already aware of with your team, but we just wanted to express how delighted we have been with the ProBuild service!
